Artwork & Design Requirements
To achieve the best possible print quality, please follow the artwork specifications below:
Final Artwork Size: 800mm (W) × 2000mm (H)
Additional Roll-In Area: Please include an additional 50mm at the bottom of the artwork. This section retracts into the cassette and will not normally be visible when the banner is displayed.
Colour Mode: CMYK
Resolution: Minimum 300dpi at final print size
File Format: Print-ready PDF
Bleed: Include at least 5mm bleed around the artwork.
Please keep important photographs, names, logos and text safely away from the artwork edges and the bottom roll-in area.

You can supply your own print-ready artwork or provide the graduate’s photograph, name, course, university or school details and preferred wording for us to create your personalised graduation banner.
Please supply the highest-quality original photograph available. Screenshots, social media downloads and heavily compressed images may produce lower print quality when enlarged.
Please Note: Pricing for multiple banners is based on the same artwork being printed across all banner sets. If you require different graduate photographs, names or designs for each banner, additional artwork or design charges may apply.
