Printable area: 85mm x 55mm on both side.

Paper Type & Thickness: 350 gsm stock card.

Artwork Set Up

For you to take advantage for this deal, your artwork needs to be set up correctly. Your file needs to be set up to 8.9cm x 5.9cm, which includes 2mm on all sides for bleed, with a resolution of 300dpi. You can check out the full artwork specification as well as download our Photoshop template in the Artwork Guide below.

As our products are lovingly handmade, we need to allow for 1-2mm tolerance of movement when printing and cutting, so bear this in mind when creating your designs, especially those with borders. If you’d like us to check if your artwork will be suitable before placing your order, drop us an email to info@copulousmedia.ie and we’d be happy to take a look for you!

Making sure that your artwork file is sent across to us correctly is crucial…

Colour Format: CMYK
File Format: PSD, AI, PDF, JPEG, TIFF, EPS
File Resolution: 300dpi

A few tips to get awesome results…

  1. Create your artwork with the resolution at 300dpi – the larger and clearer your file is, the better the end result when printed.  Please note, we don’t accept 72dpi files as they are not adequate to create a quality job.
  2. Ensure your design is set up to the correct size and proportions (see above) – make sure you set it up to the artwork size, as this includes bleed which gets cut down to the finished size when printed.
  3. Using contrasting colours helps to produce more vivid and memorable business cards.  Get inspired and check out the image gallery for examples of some we’ve printed previously!
