What happens when shipping rates change?

The Shipping Wizard tool is synced to the actual shipping service’s computers to get their rates in real time. Thus, it automatically and instantly updates to reflect any rate or service changes that a shipping carrier has made. It does the legwork for you!

What if I use a specialized freight service to ship my large items?

There is a shipping option to select for Freight Service when the price cannot be determined ahead of time.

Why are my item pages not showing my price for International shipping?

When you are signed into your own shop and are viewing your item pages, Antique’s system automatically knows where you are located, and will display the price for shipping the item to your country.

Why is it important to enter accurate shipping information when I list my items?

Determined After Checkout is no longer a shipping option available to US based shops.

For large items which require specialist packing and transport, the Freight option may be selected, and then the shipping can be calculated by the shop owner after the buyer has submitted the Purchase Order.

How will the Shipping Wizard be able to calculate the shipping without knowing the zone it is going to?

Buyers must register with a shipping address before they can make a purchase on Antique. The Shipping Wizard then automatically calculates the total from your shop’s zip code to the buyer’s zip code.

How to manage your account and it’s features.
How do I order?

Simply find the product you require and click the price that corresponds. You then have the option to upload your artwork and make payment. If you are still unsure feel free to send us an email at info@copulousmedia.ie and we will assist you.

How long will it take to receive my finished job?

This will depend on the turnaround option that you choose. We offer 3-5 working days and Express services. Our site will always give you an estimate delivery date but if you have any queries you are more then welcome to call us on +353871029900.

What sort of quality can I expect?

Here at Copulous, we pride ourselves on the quality of the work we produce. We know we aren’t the cheapest printers out there, but we believe ‘you get what you pay for’. Our reputation has been built on 3 important things, Quality, Value and Service and our customer are very happy with what we can offer.

What if I want to print something which is not a normal print size?

If your design is in-between an ‘A’ size, for example 220mm x 173mm, then it would be best to place this as an A4 and let us know the size is different. However if what you require is completely bespoke in size and shape, or you are just unsure of which ‘A’ size you would need, then please contact us on +353871029900 and we will talk you through your options.

Can I Order via Email?

Like all online companies we would prefer you to order through our website. This keeps all your information in one place and gives you an order number that you are able to revert back to. Do I get a printed proof posted to me?

You receive proof once your order has been placed. Only if necessary, or if you have requested one from us, proof can be posted to you free of charge and will take a couple of days to reach you.

 

How long does shipping take and what is the cost?

Republic of Ireland:

Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days: €4.99.
Express Delivery (1-2 days within Ireland): €7.99
Drop off (Can be arranged within 24 hours, Dublin only): €9.99

Will my order be trackable?

Once your order dispatches, we’ll send you a dispatch confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and tracking details (only for express delivery).

 

Will my order be delivered during business hours?

In most instances, deliveries will be made during normal working hours from Monday to Friday, although this may vary by carrier.

How can the Shipping Wizard compute an accurate shipping cost on multiple-item orders?

The calculator is designed to consider the combination of items before it determines the true shipping cost.  Simply combining the weight and dimension of each item does not allow for an accurate shipping cost.
