Copulous Media Returns Policy

At Copulous Media, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact our team and we will be happy to assist you.

For all return enquiries, please contact us via our website contact form or email before returning any items.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day returns policy on eligible non-customised products, subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Products must be returned in a resalable condition.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Please note:

Custom printed, personalised, made-to-order, branded, or bespoke items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless:

  • the item arrives damaged,
  • there is a manufacturing fault,
  • or an error has been made by Copulous Media during production.

To begin a return, customers must contact us first to obtain return approval and instructions before sending any item back.

Refunds are processed for the product value only and exclude:

  • delivery charges,
  • express production fees,
  • transaction or payment processing fees where applicable.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

Please inspect all deliveries carefully upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email with:

  • your order number,
  • clear photographs of the issue,
  • and a brief description of the problem.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect our ability to process claims with our couriers or suppliers.

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, Copulous Media will:

  • replace the item,
  • repair the issue where appropriate,
  • or issue a refund at our discretion.

Where applicable, we will also arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs for faulty items.


Returning Items

Once your return request has been approved, our team will provide the return address and instructions.

We recommend:

  • securely packaging all items,
  • using a tracked or insured courier service,
  • and keeping proof of postage until the return is completed.

Copulous Media cannot accept responsibility for returned goods lost or damaged during transit.


Refund Processing

Refunds are processed once returned goods have been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 working days for processing,
  • depending on your payment provider or bank.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty or supplied incorrectly:

  • Printed products
  • Personalised items
  • Custom signage
  • Exhibition displays produced to order
  • Branded merchandise
  • Design services
  • Digital artwork or proofs approved by the customer

Order Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork proofs, spelling, dimensions, colours, and specifications before production begins.

Copulous Media is not liable for errors approved by the customer during the proofing process.
